About the Role  

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Associate with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding for niche technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for Full Stack (MERN), AI/ML, and QA Automation roles, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities  

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify, source, and shortlist candidates for roles like:
• Full Stack Development (MERN Stack – MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• QA Automation Engineering (Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, etc.)
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Data Science function under the Data Department has a responsibility for standardisation of methods, mentoring team of data science resources/interns, including code libraries and documentation, quality assurance of outputs, modeling techniques and statistics, leveraging a variety of technologies, open-source languages, and cloud computing platform.

Job Descriptions

• Identifying and integrating datasets that can be leveraged through our product and work closely with data engineering team to develop data products.
• Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across functions such as operations, finance, logistics, marketing. 
• Identify, prioritize, and design testing opportunities that will inform algorithm enhancements. 
• Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
• Unlock insights by analyzing large amounts of complex website traffic and transactional data. 
• Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with data analytics engineers.

Technical Requirements

• Expertise in model design, training, evaluation, and implementation ML Algorithm expertise K-nearest neighbors, Random Forests, Naive Bayes, Regression Models. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, deep learning expertise, tSNE, gradient boosting expertise, regression implementation expertise, Python, Pyspark, SQL, R, AWS Sagemaker /personalize etc.
• Machine Learning / Data Science Certification

Experience & Education 

• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Master’s in Data Science  / Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2-4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. (Bonus points if you've worked in startups or fintech!)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
• Expert-level understanding of the design tools (Figma/Adobe Suite/etc.) It would be a bonus if you know exactly how to create super cool micro-interactions using any tool like Principle, AfterEffects or ProtoPie.
• A collaborative team player who can work well with Product, Engineering, Business and Customer experience teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with various design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Familiar with distributed development and application scenarios of distributed components

6. Have some experience in concurrent processing and be familiar with performance optimization
