Role

What would you do?

• Own development of mobile and web features from implementation to release.

• Ensure stability, offline support, logging, analytics, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams to deliver quality features.
• Drive code quality through reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Technical Skillset

• Strong JavaScript; TypeScript preferred.
• Hands-on with React Native, React.js, Redux, and Hooks.
• Solid HTML, CSS, and responsive UI fundamentals.
• Offline handling using SQLite or similar.
• Mobile CI/CD: AppCenter / Bitrise.
• Logging & crash reporting: BugSnag / Crashlytics.
• Analytics: Mixpanel / WebEngage.
• Backend API understanding is a plus.

We are looking for a responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to our MD & CEO in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MD & CEO’s working life and communication with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.

Working as an Assistant at Navtech, you will:

• Act as the single point of contact between our MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries from various stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage our MD & CEO’s diary and schedule his meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements for our MD & CEO as and when required
• Take dictation and minutes of meeting as per requirement
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs for the MD & CEO accordingly
• Implement & execute business workflows
• Handle employee queries & report them to the MD

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

• Someone with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a CXO / MD / CEO
• Someone with good knowledge of general office management systems and processes, and up-to-date knowledge of latest office gadgets, applications and technologies
• Someone with proficiency in usage of MS Office
• Someone who is well versed in use of English for regular communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi would also be preferable, but not mandatory
• Someone with good educational background with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms. 4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. 5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy. 6. • Design and development of automotive feature/function software/components (ACC, AEB, TSR, LKA etc.) for ADAS/AD systems
• Coordination and regular interaction with different stakeholders and teams like testing, requirements, leads etc.

Requirement:

• 3-7 years of experience in development of Algorithm & Functions for advance driver assist systems (ADAS), Autonomous driving (AD)
• Development experience with safety critical systems
• Experienced in development using MATLAB Simulink, TargetLink, Stateflow
• Experience in modelling and validation of control systems
• Knowledge of SIL, Performance Test, Functional testing
• Embedded software development using C, C++
• Issue management and version control
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes, Static analysis, MISRA checks etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach for problem solving

Good to have:

• Knowledge of ADAS/AD functions (ACC, TSR, AEB, LCA etc), Data Analysis
• Experienced in managing and authoring of function specification requirements
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR RTE

Nice to have:

• AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO26262) exposure
• Scripting Knowledge - Python, MATLAB
