Roles & Responsibilities – Application Engineer/Business

Development Manager

Work with Product Managers and customers to determine business

needs and solutions.

Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

Trouble shooting and resolving issues faced by end users

Problem Solving and Root cause analysis

Provide post-sales support to customers as needed.

Communicate customer feedback to design team in order to make

appropriate changes in product design.

Conduct internal application trials for verification and qualification of

product.

Interact with marketing team to maintain a high level of consumer

awareness of product.

Prepare training and marketing presentations for customers and sales

personnel.

Visit key customers to support specific design problems or

competitive situations.

Evaluate new software products and provide defect and enhancement

reports.

Assist in modifying existing product to improve system performance.

Maintain comprehensive tutorials to assist product team in designing

and development of new products.

Maintain clear and accurate documentations of problem solutions.

 Experience in Companies related to Passive components,

Automation, Industrial Segment

Edu Qualification: B. E/Diploma – ECE / EEE

• Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
• Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
• Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
• Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
• End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platform including conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
• Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
• Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
• Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
• Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of the partner
• Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identify business opportunities
• Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
• Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions.
• Regular reporting of performance

• Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

What does the role entail:

• Design and implement test automation frameworks to ensure that the testing process is efficient, effective, and can be maintained over time.

• Analyse test results to identify areas for improvement in our educational product. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as development, product management, and user experience, to ensure that the testing process is integrated with the overall product development process

• Work to continuously improve the testing process, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate testing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software products.

• Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases using a Selenium with Java and commercial automation tool (e.g.TestComplete, UFT, etc.).

• Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies and continuously assess their effectiveness.

• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop and implement automation standards and processes.

• Write code to automate the testing process, including the creation of test harnesses, stubs, and drivers.

• Collaborate with developers to identify areas for improvement in the development process.

• Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together.

Must have skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in the automation testing field.

• Strong coding and scripting skills in one or more OOPs programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).

• Experience with enterprise commercial automation tools (Codeless tool) like TOSCA, TestComplete, Katalon, UFT etc.

• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java Mandatory.

• Automation experience with CRM/ERP applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts.

• Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional and non-functional testing such as performance, reliability and security.

• Experience utilizing and testing web services, especially REST services.

• Familiar with build and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Technical Writing/Information Development
• Experience writing topic-based and task-oriented documentation according to company style guidelines, requiring minimal editing from senior ID staff
• Experience developing enterprise systems software documentation for users and system administrators
• General knowledge on DITA concepts and IDCMS: ID (Information Development) Lifecycle and Content Management System
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• MS Word

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.
• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.
• You have the ability to see and work on the big picture (Application Architecture) and devilish details (Complex Code).
• Strong experience in developing web applications using C#, VB.Net, .NET, LINQ, Net Framework 4.0, MVC 3/4/5, ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core etc.
• You are Cloud savvy, preferably Google Cloud.
• You have rich experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with good knowledge of practical design-patterns and its applications.
