Job Requirements: 1: Responsibilities: 

a: All tasks related to configurations, data import, data export and 

customizations of Oracle PPM Cloud Project Fundamentals, Projects Costing, Projects Billing, Project Accounting 

b: Consultant is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements. 

c: Consultant may have to interact with the clients to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modifications. 

d: Experience in analysis of source data in data migrations and report the same and able to create test plans based on analysis. 

e: Experience and demonstrated proficiency with QA methodology, process, and deliverables. 

2: Professional Experience:

a: Must have 4-7 years Cloud PPM experience/2 to 3 end to end implementation experience. 

b: Should be strong on Oracle Project Accounting Project Costing, Project Billing Project Management under cloud environment. 

c: Strong understanding of Projects functional flows 

Good knowledge of PL/SQL for data querying & analysis 

• Design, develop, test and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

• Create and maintain data pipelines to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the end-to-end engineering process to ensure the product releases are released successfully as per the published product roadmap  
• Coordinate requirements prioritization and product managers 
• Release products with proper quality  
• Coordinate code reviews and ensure proper development guidelines are adhered to 
• Coordinate QA testing with QA teams 
• Coordinate proper documentation is released 
• Coordinate with DevOps engineers to maintain proper development landscape 
• Nurture and expand the dynamic development team that is nimble and can meet the requirements of the product managers 
  
  

Key experience and required skills: 

• At least 2 years' experience managing successful development teams building modern web applications in the role of “Developer Manager” or Engineering Manager” or higher 
• Experience as a senior Java developer for at least 2 years with full hands-on development experience 
• Excellent understanding of modern web application architectures and architecture patterns 
• Expertise in Agile and agile-type processes 
• Experience being part of SaaS product development is a definite plus 
• Significant experience in management reporting and communication to executive leadership teams

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling stakeholder relationships. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in project management, document handling, and task tracking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in client management, social media handling, and process management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Schedule Management:
• Organize and manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prioritize the CEO’s tasks and schedule based on urgency, importance, and stakeholder needs.
• Handle last-minute changes in the schedule efficiently and with professionalism.
• Meeting Coordination & Communication:
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper agenda preparation, briefings, and timely follow-ups.
• Send timely reminders for meetings and tasks to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
