This is a remote position.

Role Overview 

As a Software Craftsperson III, your impact is felt at an initiative/pod-level, solving problems with high autonomy, technical depth, and ability to influence team practices. You promote a learning culture within your team; encourage curiosity and simplification.  

At this level, you are expected to apply feedback effectively, mentor others, and contribute meaningfully to team and pod-level impact. You provide timely, trend-based feedback that improves team outcomes; and creates impact by leading up and down.

Responsibilities 

• Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of an initiative, independently managing production readiness gaps and escalations. 
• Design and deliver features of end-to-end, balanced scope, quality, and maintainability. 
• Identify technical or product issues beyond the immediate scope of work. 
• Identify process waste using DevEx and DORA principles and drive improvements. 
• Support estimation, vertical slicing, and MVP discussions. 
• Drive initiative-level improvements in flow and quality. 
• Communicate effectively at the appropriate level of abstraction with both team and client. 
• Provide timely, trend-based feedback. 
• Lead through ambiguity by clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and keeping the team focused on outcomes. 
• Promote a learning culture within the team. 
• Mentor engineers to raise team performance. 
• Shape team practices related to code quality, tooling, and process.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience applying ML/AI in production, including LLM-based applications and document processing systems
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript (one must be strong), with openness to picking up the other, and solid expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices
• Hands-on experience building production applications using foundational LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for document classification, entity extraction, and structured data extraction
• Strong experience in prompt engineering, refining prompts and orchestration patterns to improve response accuracy, consistency, and structured outputs from business documents (PDF, Word, Excel)
• Experience with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Mastra, Agno), vector databases (Pinecone, PgVector, Qdrant), and LLM observability tools (LangSmith, DeepEval)
• Experience designing and operating scalable document processing pipelines leveraging LLM APIs, including classification, metadata generation, entity extraction, and routing
• Strong system design and LLMOps experience, including CI/CD, TDD, prompt versioning, testing, monitoring, cost optimization, and reliable production deployments
• Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming environments with continuous deployment practices
• Working knowledge of web server ecosystems, relational databases, server configuration and deployment infrastructure, and performance optimization
• Experience using source control and bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and maintaining clear technical documentation

Role Snapshot:

As an Individual Contributor owning the end-to-end funnel, you will drive consultative, solution-based sales - from prospecting/lead generation to RFQ/tender management, deal closure, and handover to CSM. You’ll engage senior HR leaders at large enterprises, diagnose pain points, curate personalized proposals, and negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals (tech, product, infosec, legal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling & RFQ/Tender Expertise
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover HR KPIs, craft tailored wellness solutions, and respond to RFQs and tenders efficiently.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets in the B2B workplace wellness space.
• Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Qualify leads rapidly, create customized proposals, and manage RFP/RFQ processes end to end.
• Negotiation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Navigate complex commercial negotiations—mediating between internal (tech, product, infosec, legal) and client teams.
• Finalize contracts with senior HR/CXO stakeholders; ensure seamless transition to CSM.
• Communication & Relationship Building
• Demonstrate polished communication—presenting virtually/in person, crafting precise emails, and engaging on LinkedIn.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers; become their trusted wellness advisor.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.

Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation
• Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of the performance-based component.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative/solution-selling environment
• Proven experience in creating, owning, and managing the end-to-end B2B sales funnel as an individual contributor, including lead generation, pitching, proposal building, negotiation, and closure
• Polished personality, excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to CXOs and senior Management at corporates.
• Should genuinely care about health and well-being space.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in financial audits.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

• You would get hands on experience of developing software in latest Microsoft technology stack like C#, .NET framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API and React.
• Product development with Agile Methodology in Microsoft technology stack.
• Work with leaders that follow best of the development practices.
• Work in business domains like Banking, Insurance & CRM

Technical Skills:

• We are looking out for suitable candidates having 2 to 6 years of experience in .Net development along with strong MVC & JQuery experience.
• Strong experience developing database driven web-based applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, OOPS concept, ADO.NET, SQL Server, WCF.
• Excellent exposure in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, OOJS, JQuery and Object-Oriented Design skills.
• Good to have: ReactJs, ES6, NodeJs
