Roles and Responsibilities
Document technically accurate content for products including User Manuals, Quick
guide
Research and determine the technical documentation needs for the features
Estimate efforts and deliver content on time
Ensure quality of the documentation
Execute day-to-day information engineering activities
Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help
documentation
Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their
improvement
Experience creating infographics to more clearly communicate workflow processes
and abstract topics
Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online
video, demos, guided tours, and other other educational techniques
Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or
external use
Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others
(technical specifications, RFP responses, ), ensuring a consistent "look and feel."
Proven experience producing technical content for public consumption
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Engineering/core sciences, or Masters in English
Language/Technical Communication
5 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 3-4 years of experience
product documentation
Immediate joiners will be required

Roles and Responsibilities
1.
Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.
2.
Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.
3.
Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.
