Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to support our growing sales pipeline by delivering impactful product demonstrations and handling technical engagements. The candidate will play a critical role in driving technical wins during the sales cycle, with deep expertise in our products docEdge and bpmEdge.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-suite executives and IT stakeholders
Build and maintain demo environments with industry-specific configurations
Respond to RFPs and technical queries within defined timelines (≤ 3 working days)
Create high-quality proposal documents and solution architectures
Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients
Support Account Executives in handling technical objections
Develop and maintain demo scripts across industries (NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
Provide structured feedback to the Engineering team based on client interactions
Must-Have Skills
2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting (B2B Software/SaaS)
Hands-on experience in delivering product demos independently
Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
Solid technical understanding of APIs, workflows, and cloud deployments
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with DMS/BPM tools such as OpenText, M-Files, Pega, Appian, etc.
Domain knowledge in NBFC or Banking sector
AWS or other cloud certifications
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Demo-to-SQL Conversion Rate ≥ 60%
RFP Response Time ≤ 3 Days
POC Delivery Timeline ≤ 15 Days
Development of demo scripts for at least 5 industries
