Role Description

As a B2B SaaS Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the success of our business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Your primary focus will be on understanding market needs, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' requirements to drive revenue growth.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS industry with deep understanding of content player technology, user experience, and market trends.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• A deep understanding of B2B customer needs and market dynamics ensuring that our content delivery solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Experience with project management and product management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within a fast-paced team with high proficiency in writing clean, well-structured Product Specification Documents
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an exceptional user experience and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Continuously monitor industry developments, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to refine the product roadmap.

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.

• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.

Job Summary:

4.     Sales Administration:

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline management.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales or business development roles for an associate and 4-6 years in sales and business development roles for a senior associate, preferably in a B2B environment.

·       Relevant experience like training Industry, HR consultancy, etc

·       Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

• MS or M Tech (preferred) in applied mathematics/statistics;  CS or Engineering disciplines are acceptable but must have with strong quantitative and applied mathematical skills
• In-depth working, beyond coursework, familiarity with classical and current ML techniques, both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and algorithms
• Implementation experiences and deep knowledge of Classification, Time Series Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Dynamic Programming and Optimization
• Experience in working on modeling graph structures related to spatiotemporal systems
• Programming skills in Python is a must
• Experience in developing and deploying on cloud (AWS or Google or Azure)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with well-known ML frameworks such as Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow
