Our leadership team consists of ex-BCG, ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry
veterans from financial services serving as the advisory board. We bring to the table
deep insights in the SME lending space, based on 100+ years of combined experience
in Financial Services. We are a team of passionate problem solvers, and are looking for

Key Responsibilities
▪ As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our
engineering culture. You will help articulate our engineering principles and
help set the long-term roadmap.
▪ Making decisions on the evolution of Cashflo's technical architecture
▪ Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
▪ 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience
▪ Experience building scalable backend platforms (you've owned & built
features from start to finish before)
▪ Thorough knowledge of SDLC
▪ Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS
▪ Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases
▪ Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka and protocols
▪ Understands CI/CD pipelines
▪ Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure
▪ Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges

● Leads more than one projects end-to-end and collaborates across functions. Experience &   Skills

● Expert at in RoR, Golang, NodeJS or Python. Good to have exposure to ML. ● Must have experience in cloud computing ● Operates independently with almost no oversight ● Is able to apply domain expertise to think critically and make wise decisions for the team, taking into account tradeoffs and constraints. ● Communicates tech decisions through design docs and tech talks ● Has delivered multiple projects with end-to-end engineering ownership ● Keeps track of new technology/tools and embraces them as necessary ● 12+ years of experience in product driven organization ● A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)

-BE /BTech or Any Equivalent Degree

-Should be strong in complex problem solving, Data

Structure & Algorithms.

-Should be proficient in more than one Programming

language i.e Java, Node, Golang, etc.( Oops Languages & Concepts) and related frameworks.

-Should be comfortable with SQL, NOSQL databases.

-Should have comfortable writing Unit tests.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Java or Golang
• Good to have exposure to ML
• Should have experience in cloud computing

• Excellent understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
• 4+ years of experience in product driven organisation

We, the team at Infino, is scouting for a passionate, kick-ass Backend engineer who has 2 or more years of experience in Node.js along with RDBMS/NoSQL Databases.

We're building the Country's first all-in-one payment interface and to make this dream a reality, we need some night-owls to build the systems which will power such an extensive product.

The number of years do not matter as long as you have a burning desire to learn more, constantly improve yourself and solving tricky problems on a daily basis. We're a small team so you can assure yourself that whatever you contribute - in terms of engineer, or otherwise - is always heard and discussed.

In terms of what we are looking for (must haves):

- experience with building high-frequency, low-latency, distributed systems;
- a solid understanding of Node.js; and
- experience with MongoDB and any relational database (Maria, MySQL, Postgres).

In addition to that, the following will make your application better (recommended):

- an understanding of Layer 3/4;
- experience with observable systems;
- hands-on-deck service resolution;
- understanding of and experience with security and services oriented architecture; and
- experience with building fault-tolerant systems.

We are looking for smart coders who are cognisant of business, product and quality. Requirements Have a taste for solving complex and interesting problems. A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. Extensive and expert programming experience in any one programming language. Strong object oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces. Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming is must. Worked in a startup like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment. Should have basic operational experience including deployments and maintenance of aws services like ec2, rds, sns, sqs, route53 etc. Strongly practice writing unit and integration tests with reasonable coverage of code. Experience building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
