ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on building scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise software. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and integration areas.
• Drive architectural design, technical reviews, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Establish best practices in agile development, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build reusable frameworks for low-code app development and AI-driven workflows.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and team culture.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 Engineering College.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 1 year mentoring or managing engineers.
• Strong expertise in backend development (Java / Node.js / Go / Python) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience building or scaling SaaS or platform-based products.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM, data pipelines, or workflow automation tools.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Core Java, Angular/ React and SQL.
• Good expertise in microservices.
• Good experience in cloud platform, AWS preferred.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Looking for a full stack software developer

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging applications and proactive participation in testing and bug fixes.

• Ability to build scalable applications working on a continuous delivery environment, writing production ready code.

• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java(Preferred), Spring Boot , Microservices, JSON, Python(Good to have).

• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React, Angular.

• Knowledge of database technologies like Postgres(Preferred), Mysql, PostGres, Sql server.

• No sql Database knowledge, Elastic search(Good to have).

• Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge on Event streaming tools like Kafka platform.

v  Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience as a full stack developer (Preferable from product based entity).  At least a year of experience in managing a team is mandatory.

v  Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software) are preferred.

v  Work exp. in Java, Frame-works like : Spring, Spring boot; J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP and Web Application Server is mandatory.

v  Strong skills in HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS and Mango DB.

v  Product development in Linux environment is an added advantage.

Ø  The role is responsible for designing, coding and deploying of high-performance applications.

Ø  Deep expertise and hands on experience as a Core JAVA Developer.

Ø  Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Ø  Guide the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.

Ø  Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.
