Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, technically proficient, and partner-focused PreSales Consultant specializing in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our internal sales teams, channel partners, and vendors. Your primary mission will be to empower and enable our channel partners, design robust UCC technical solutions, and drive successful customer engagements from initial discovery through to solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PreSales training for Channel Partners on products and solutions, and handhold them so they can progressively manage customer engagements going forward.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team throughout the opportunity cycle.
- Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Channel Partner and End Customer queries.
- Engage with Channel Partners to understand End Customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with Inflow's Vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution validation. Ensure effective communication and timely closure of opportunities.
- Continuously upgrade technical expertise through certifications, industry awareness, and structured learning. Stay current with technology trends, new product capabilities, and best practices.
Key Skills
- Work experience with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies is desirable.
- Exposure to or certifications in relevant products and solutions from Inflow Technologies' vendor list (UCC Portfolio) will be desirable.
- Broad understanding of key UCC technologies and core concepts is essential — including, but not limited to, IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing systems, contact centre solutions, unified messaging, collaboration platforms, audio-visual solutions, headsets & endpoints, meeting room solutions, and integration with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other cloud collaboration ecosystems; along with knowledge of architectures, design principles, and deployment models within the domain.
- Ability to train partners, design technical solutions, and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements is essential. Hands-on experience — not at deep implementation level, but sufficient to manage design discussions, training, customer queries, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) — is essential.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure/Office 365 compliance and management, including policy enforcement, audit readiness, DLP, security configurations, and overall governance.
- Must have strong experience handling user onboarding/offboarding, identity & access provisioning, MFA, SSO configurations, and lifecycle management across Windows/Mac/Linux environments.
- Must have proven expertise in IT Inventory Management, including asset tracking, device lifecycle, CMDB updates, and hardware/software allocation with complete documentation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate Firewalls, including routing, VPN setups, policies, NAT, and overall network security.
- Must have practical experience with FortiGate WiFi, AP configurations, SSID management, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and securing wireless environments.
- Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Antivirus Endpoint Central (or equivalent) for patching, endpoint protection, compliance, and threat remediation.
- Must have solid understanding of Networking, including routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Must have strong troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments for system issues, updates, performance, and configurations.

Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure/System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise-grade tools, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience configuring secure integrations, managing endpoint deployments, and ensuring compliance across platforms.
- Administer and manage Office 365 suite (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc) and related services/configurations.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure and efficient account provisioning and deprovisioning.
