Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM) modules, including AML, KYC, ECM, and Customer Screening (CS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and technical support of FCCM solutions, along with strong SQL development skills. A solid understanding of banking and financial domain processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

OFSAA & FCCM Implementation

• Perform end-to-end installation, configuration, and deployment of FCCM modules such as AML, ECM, KYC, Customer Screening (CS).
• Customize and configure OFSAA components, data models, scenarios, alert workflows, and thresholds.
• Integrate OFSAA/FCCM systems with upstream and downstream banking applications.

Technical Development & Support

• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-optimized scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Troubleshoot technical issues across OFSAA, FCCM, and AML platforms.
• Work on scenario tuning, data mapping, model validation, and rule configurations.
• Support UAT, SIT, and production migration activities.

Domain & Functional Expertise

• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business teams to understand AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
• Analyze banking data flows and transactional patterns relevant to AML monitoring.
• Assist in parameterization of AML scenarios and thresholds based on regulatory needs.

Documentation & Stakeholder Interaction

• Prepare technical documents, installation guides, configuration reports, and support materials.
• Work closely with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience as an OFSAA / FCCM Technical Consultant (or as specified by employer).
• Strong hands-on experience in OFSAA, FCCM, AML, KYC, ECM, CS modules.
• Expertise in SQL Development and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
• Practical experience in installation, configuration, patching, and environment setup for OFSAA/FCCM.
• Knowledge of banking processes, AML regulations, customer due diligence (CDD), and compliance workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the Role: 

LogiNext is looking for a dynamic and competent AVP in Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies. Your responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and managing recruitment vendors.  The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multitask to deal smoothly with competing levels of priority. Your focus will be to help the organization to become a customer centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through a resource realignment and top grading the talent.

Responsibilities  

• Works with VP – Human Capital to identify and establish medium to short term strategic priorities and targets, in line with LogiNext’s policies and guidelines and ensures their successful execution
• Implements initiatives that enables maximum output that fully contributes to the delivery of department goals
• Acts as primary point of contact for recruitment/acquisition matters to line managers across LogiNext and provides professional support and advice 
• Oversees the identification of talent pool; guides Recruitment Specialists on the most appropriate source in order to fill positions at the earliest time and with the least cost
• Screens application forms and shortlisted applicants for senior levels 
• Builds and maintains relationships with recruitment sources and /or services providers (Universities, Recruitment Sites, National and International Search & Selection Agencies) in order to attract the most ideal candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition role in a technology company
• Knowledge of SaaS related recruitment strategies 
• Good working knowledge of people assessment including structured and behavioural interviewing and facilitation techniques
• Working knowledge of psychometric testing tools and assessment design
• Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• 2+ years of experience with Node.js
• Expertise in Typescript, AWS, Firebase, MongoDB, and Express

You will be bringing:

• Hands-on experience in writing applications using Node.js (including Socket.io and Express or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of a few of the available databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Proficiency in application deployment on Linux or Ubuntu environments
• Proficiency in JavaScript languages like React and/or Angular, along with a comprehensive experience in open-source frameworks
• Experience in server-client architecture project(s)
• Ability to prioritize in a chaotic and ambiguous environment
• An open, growth mindset when giving and receiving feedback
