Work Experience: 

• Should have at least 5+ years of experience
• Deep interest in financial services and Expertise in payments domain 
• Technology BA with End to End Payments implementation.
• Experience in B2B cross border payments (Credit Payments won’t fly)
• Messaging standards. Should be good at Custom formats
• Should have good understanding of API’s and how it works
• Good in writing User stories in Agile, Jira

Desirable skills:

• Experience with or exposure to Agile and software development
• Some previous experience writing code or other technology experience

What you’ll be doing

As the Officer/Manager – Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with prospects and clients. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to craft and present compelling solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for…

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.

2. Pipeline Management & Sales Closure - Own the full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances - Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and channels

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Developer – Hybris, you will translate client requirements into technical designs, design schemas, implement custom extensions, create product and product variants and integrate with search engines, unlocking the business value of Hybris.

You will independently drive design decisions to ensure the necessary health of the overall solution.

You will teach, mentor and share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.

• Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of Hybris.

• Design and develop awesome features such as product search & navigation, order management, promotions, store locator, social ecommerce, back-office customization, etc.

• Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce and Hybris implementation.

• Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions.
