Responsibilities - Work with leadership and lead the product design team to determine top priorities and ensure development work reflects those priorities - Work on products to implement and improve gamification and behavior design efforts . - Lead design from ideation to release on fun interactive features that enhance story and increase player engagement through delight, depth and replayability . - Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users’ needs. - Work closely with teams comprised of engineers, designers, marketing, and play a critical role in planning of projects to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and features - Continuously seek out ways to improve process and capabilities of a multi discipline creative team - Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions Skills & Requirements - 10+ years as a producer / project manager / game designer in the digital space - A portfolio of games or gamification work done with you as a primary designer/contributor - An understanding of what makes for good user experience and behavior design . - Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and game flow - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills - Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Experience leading a team, and effectively implementing team goals and deadlines
