UX Designer

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding students in their upskilling journey by recommending suitable courses in Data Science and other emerging Tech domains. MINIMUM 1 year of ED TECH SALES experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective learners via phone, email, or in-person to help them understand the value and benefits of our tech programs.
• Drive sales conversion by identifying student needs and recommending suitable programs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, counseling, follow-ups, and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
• Provide detailed course information, industry insights, and address queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• MINIMUM 1 year of ED TECH SALES experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in selling Data Science, Tech, or Professional Certification Courses is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e. g., Salesforce, Zoho) preferred.

Designation: Employment Engagement Manager

Reporting structure: Will be reporting to the Project Manager

Base Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop, strengthen and proactively connect with new employers to increase our youth’s opportunities to secure a sustainable livelihood.

2. Maintain and strengthen current employer engagement activities including employer events, and support the Mentoring Programme and management of the vacancy portal and customer relationship management tool/platform to reflect the needs of our youth and maximize opportunities for employers to engage with our students.

3. Understand the context of youth enrolled in the program in order to inform and identify areas of action and use statistical analysis to improve employer engagement activity.

4. Establish, strengthen, and evaluate effective communication with skilling partners, trainers, mentors, and youth.

5. Working with the Program Head in partnership with central placement cells, and other programs within the organization to establish and evaluate priorities and provision.

6. Be responsible for the effective income generation of the youth above minimum wages.

7. Use expert knowledge, research, creative ideas, and activities to identify new opportunities for collaboration, within industry and across employment sectors, to enhance our delivery of activities to students to support their career planning and development.

8. Undertaking monitoring of progress via regular 1:1 meetings, positive engagement and communication with employers, and tracking the progress of our placed youth.

Eligibility:

● Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably from a corporate sales background.

*Monitor Daily Sales volume and alert CSMs of Locations with Low volume counts

*Collaborate with other teammates to extract data figures, data entry (Google Sheets & Google Slides), and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success

*Helping in Minor Integration Changes

*Helping with Tickets and giving support when required

* Basic product knowledge of the software to assist with non-client facing action items 

* Good communication skill preferred

• You will be responsible for key deliverables that would help improve the quality and reliability of our infrastructure spread across 8 data centres, both cloud and hybrid. 
• Streamline Life Cycle Management activities for the Infrastructure.
• You will be interacting with DevOps & Support teams to quickly investigate and mitigate the problems impacting customers at various levels in the Infrastructure including MySQL Database and Engineered Systems technology stack. 

Skills & Requirements

   Must-Have:   

• 8+ years of experience in Linux System Administration / Development / QA roles with a thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent knowledge of Linux System administration activities
• A very good understanding of Linux kernel internals, Server Virtualization, Networking & Security layer
• Any experience in IO subsystem, Operating Systems, Storage technologies would be a definite plus
• Hands-on experience with automation of system administration activities
• Hands on experience in building OS images and testing based on standard test framework.

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
