The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building scalable, performance-driven mobile apps and working closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Build clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences
• Ensure performance optimization, app stability, and responsiveness
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and Flutter
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Dart, and mobile UI frameworks
• Experience with state management (Redux, Provider, Bloc, etc.)
• Good understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance tuning, and memory management
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment (Play Store & App Store)
• Knowledge of Git version control and Agile development practices

We are looking for a Flutter Developer responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework. The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining existing apps. Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have strong previous experience in Flutter and Dart development.

We're looking for an experienced and mature engineer (2-6 yrs experience), who wants to build incredible products while shaping the architecture, tools, and engineering culture of our company

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build our native Android application using Java or Kotlin.
• Set up our backend using either the MEAN (Mongo, Node) or Django stack.
• Collaborate with the design team on feasibility and design reviews.
• Set up DevOps processes - CI/CD and release management.
• Hire an additional backend engineer to scale the application based on requirements.

Requirements:

• You possess strong computer science fundamentals.
• You have native Android application development skills - with Java/Kotlin as a framework.
• You have strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• You have built backends for mobile applications - using the MEAN or Django stack.
• You have some mobile app projects that are worthy of public view (Play Store, Github).

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent.
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Android market with experience in Android development. 
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Kotlin 
• Strong knowledge of how to work with RESTful APIs 
• Strong Familiarity with OOP design principles 
• Integrate with our backend web services to deliver better and faster user experience 
• Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. git, svn, etc.) 
• Ability to performance tune and scale applications 
• Agile development experience 
• Experience working at a software product company is a major plus  
• Passion to learn and develop new skills continuously 
• Strong sense of ownership in every application they build

Location:

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.
