We are looking for a creative Illustrator to produce high-quality digital artwork for branding, marketing, and product visuals. The role involves creating original illustrations, character designs, icons, and visual assets based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should be skilled in tools like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, able to follow style guidelines, and comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for early members of our India team. You will be part of the team that establishes our India product development team. We are looking for candidates who have high potential, are excited about tackling the climate change problem and are excited to grow in a high-growth environment while working with the Singapore HQ.

A junior/mid-level backend software engineer. Must be comfortable to work in a small development team and have the initiative to work alone on smaller problem sets. Must be passionate about climate-tech for a better future.

• Build backend server applications using Flask/DJango framework
• Collaborate with the data team to integrate data pipelines into our backend system.
• Collaborate with the front end team.
• Analyze processes and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Take lead on projects, as needed.

YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• 1-2 years experience in React-Native based app development
• 1-3 years experience in Mobile app development (React-Native + iOS)
• Hands on experience in Redux
• Knows how to embed React-Native in a native (iOS/Android) component and vice versa
• Strong hold on JS/ CSS fundamentals
• Development experience of UI (layouts, animations, etc.) 
• Experience of customizing libraries
• Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns 
• Strong focus on app performance
