Key Accountabilities
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job Portals, social media, employee referrals etc.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Rolling our offers and getting the candidate join on time.
- Maintaining relationships with team to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and

- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
