🎨 Job Description: Senior UI UX Designer – Design System Owner

Location: Bangalore ( Onsite )

Working Model: 6 days a week

Experience: 5–10+ years (quality of work matters more than years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber designer with exceptional visual taste and aesthetics to own, build, and scale our design system. This is not a generic design role — you will be responsible for setting design standards, ensuring consistency, and elevating the overall brand and digital experience.

This role requires someone who can think in systems, not just screens, and who has ideally worked with agencies, premium brands, or strong in-house design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end design system (colors, typography, components, layouts, spacing).
• Ensure visual consistency and design quality across all brand, web, marketing, and digital assets.
• Create high-quality designs for websites, landing pages, marketing creatives, and internal assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas into polished visual output.
• Set and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Review designs and ensure every output meets a high aesthetic bar.
• Iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detail and craft.

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing existing ruby on rail projects and any future interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating and building the front-end elements required by our team into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in architecting and building Single Page Applications (SPA)
• Shipped at least 2+ applications using Angular/AngularJs
• Expertise in building Angularjs and Angular with integration and unit tests
• Experience in upgrading angular/js versions and converting angularjs -> angular.
• Good working knowledge of other frameworks such as REACT, nodejs, meteor etc.
• Experience with package management tools such as webpack for minification, uglification etc
• Experience with creating embeddable widgets
• Expertise with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap4

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise of building cloud native applications
