About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Growth Associate to own early growth experiments across influencer marketing, social media, paid ads, and AI-enabled content workflows. This is not a regular marketing role.
This is a zero-to-one builder role. You will work directly with the founding team and will be expected to move fast, try ideas, measure outcomes, and keep improving.
What You Will Own
Influencer Marketing
- Find relevant YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and education creators.
- Reach out, negotiate pricing/deliverables, and manage creator conversations.
- Create briefs, hooks, talking points, and script inputs.
- Manage back-and-forth till campaigns go live.

Social Media & Organic Growth
