Job Description

• Overall 7+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic installation and Administration activities
  
  
• Hands on experience on applying patches and bug fixes on WebLogic
  
  
• Experience of upgrading WebLogic versions
  
  
• Hands-on experience of configuring SSL certificate on Oracle WebLogic and Oracle HTTP server
  
  
• Able to troubleshoot issues related to certificate with interfacing systems.
  
  
• Knowledge of configuring WebLogic cluster and hand on experience of troubleshooting issues.
  
  
• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting JMS on standalone and cluster environment.
  
  
• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting JDBC issues on standalone and cluster environment.
  
  
• Should be able to manage day to day activities of application EAR/WAR /lib deployment on WebLogic application server.
  
  
• Understanding of Unix operating system and troubleshoot performance related issues.
  
  
• Should be able to remediate security vulnerabilities.
  
  
• Knowledge of oracle database to troubleshoot performance related issues and perform deployments related to application.
  
  
• Knowledge on nucleus CAS production is preferred.
  
  
• Should perform day to day operations and deployment and troubleshooting on Non-Prod (DEV, SIT, UAT), PROD and DR environments of CAS application.
  
  
• Should understanding of BCP/DR operations to invoke DR application in case of issue with production site.
  
  
• Should have knowledge on dev-ops tools, GITLAB preferred and scripting to automate day to day activities.

 Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for EMC Products, Resistors Resistors, Heating elements and other products in company product line-up to meet defined revenue targets.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently source new business opportunities
• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and research market trends to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations and proposals to high-ticket decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
• Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, demo-to-close ratios, and ROI of marketing spend using CRM and analytics tools. 
• Being in update ongoing & upcoming defence projects and finding opportunities with DRDOs, PSUs (BEL,BEML,ECIL,HAL,HVF,etc), Other defence equipment manufacturing companies to Pitch our products for their application.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Communication) , or MBA

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven success in a B2B or B2C sales/marketing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Office, Etc
• Preference will be given for candidates with Defence product background.

You will handle customer queries on Freshdesk, Freshchat and WhatsApp. The role is driven by fast responses, clear communication and reliable issue resolution.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer queries through Freshdesk tickets, Freshchat and WhatsApp.
2. Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate when required.
3. Update all tickets and chats with clean, accurate notes.
4. Meet first response and resolution targets as per internal SLAs.
5. Maintain a consistent brand tone in every customer interaction.
6. Capture customer feedback and pass key patterns to the product and tech teams.
7. Support CSAT and resolution rate goals through steady quality.

Objective of the role:

Deliver clear, timely and consistent support that improves customer satisfaction and reduces friction in daily operations.

Requirements

Job Description for QA Engineer:

• 6-10 years of experience in ETL Testing, Snowflake, DWH Concepts.
• Strong SQL knowledge & debugging skills are a must.
• Experience on Azure and Snowflake Testing is plus
• Experience with Qlik Replicate and Compose tools (Change Data Capture) tools is considered a plus
• Strong Data warehousing Concepts, ETL tools like Talend Cloud Data Integration, Pentaho/Kettle tool
• Experience in JIRA, Xray defect management toolis good to have.
• Exposure to the financial domain knowledge is considered a plus
• Testing the data-readiness (data quality) address code or data issues
