Job description:

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US IT Staffing business development initiatives from our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bench Sales and a proven track record in client acquisition. The role focuses on engaging with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1. The BDM will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic marketing to grow our client base in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through: Cold calling, Email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, Referrals and industry networking
• Identify, target, and engage with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors in the US IT Staffing space.
• Understand client requirements and effectively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC).
• Drive the full sales cycle – from initial contact and requirement gathering to negotiations and deal closure.
• Work closely with Bench Sales and Recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners.
• Consistently achieve or exceed defined monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities, pipelines, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing BDM role.
• Strong background in Bench Sales with hands-on experience in candidate marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close new accounts with Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.
• Excellent understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and staffing models.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven professional.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).

Good to Have:

• Existing client/vendor relationships in IT services or staffing.
• Awareness of US market trends – high-demand skill areas like Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience working with implementation partners and large integrators.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to support ML teams and drive end-to-end automation for model deployment across modern cloud platforms.

🔹 Tech Stack:

Azure | Databricks | AKS | ARO | Terraform | MLflow | CI/CD

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD and Continuous Training (CT) pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

• Deploy Databricks jobs, MLflow models, and microservices on AKS / ARO environments.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps practices.

• Manage Databricks workspaces, AKS clusters, and networking configurations.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML workloads.

• Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost optimization best practices.

🔹 Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing, polishing, and installation of wooden furniture and fittings

Role

The role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team of KAFQA. The responsibilities of the role are per the below:

• Product Development: Partner with the founder & product team to create a product roadmap. Play a key role in influencing customer journey, experience & specs (requirements) with UX designer. Develop front end & back end systems and product. 
• Project Management: Ensure product development roadmap timelines are achieved in a timely way with the right quality with progress being reported daily. 
• Technology Excellence: Ensure that products have best in class performance on technology driven aspects (load times, latencies, uptimes, etc.). 
• Hiring & Developing: Hire junior engineers, divide project workloads & mentor them to continuously improve.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish intake mechanism to convert user feedback into actionable upgrades in product design, track feature improvements & their progress and create rapid improvement cycles. 

The role is based in Bangalore, India and reports directly to the Founder, CEO of KAFQA.

Experience, Qualifications & Person Type

The ideal candidate is someone who – 

• Has 4+ years of experience in a digital product company
• Should have managed teams before & can attract talent
• Has experience in front end & back end technologies across web & app development
• Has studied computer science or engineering with at least a B.Tech or B.E degree
• Preferably is skilled in at least one performing art or is a hobbyist
• Is willing to fulfil all responsibilities above & go beyond as needed
• Moves fast to launch & fix issues 
• Is a self-starter, operates with autonomy & can deal with ambiguity while being innovative & frugal

Should have delivered successful end-to-end development to deployment experience on Web applications and Api’sin last 4-12 years

·         Extensive experience with C#, .Net Core, Web API, Oops, Design patterns & principles.

·         Experience in MySQL is a must and added advantage to have knowledge of NOSQL database.

·         Extensive experience in writing rest full API

·         Experience in using version controls such as GIT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery

·         1-2 year of experience in Angular 2/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12, Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap with Restful API’s is a plus

·         Good to have experience in testing and debugging new programs using
