RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Responsible for driving customer excellence & bringing the customer perspective to all business decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams (business, product, design, content, marketing etc.) and wear the hat of the customer to constructively challenge the teams and to develop a customer-first mindset and implement customer focused strategies
• Own and drive the overall NPS metric for Zolve
• Consistently scan the market for best practices, best in class journeys, best in class customer delighter elements etc. and own market intelligence from a customer experience perspective
• Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and customer personas, through interviews, surveys, and sales data
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer personas.
• Serve as a customer evangelist within the organization

 

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of B2C product experience
• Preferably has worked or studied in the US
• A creative and quantitative thinker
• Significant attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, and taking ownership of key metrics
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Requirement
• Min 9+ Years in Android Application Development, know how’s of iOS development is an advantage.
• Experience with cross platform technologies - React Native, Flutter is a big plus
• Managing systems in production and understands the release process, monitoring, and debugging
• 1-2 years of experience managing and growing engineering teams
• Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivering quality products
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining high performance, high availability, large-scale
applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilties:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Well-versed in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Programming experience with at least one of
• Java or Python and object-oriented design
• Knowledge on SQL, NoSQL databases, Messaging/Caching technologies and AW deployments is a plus
• Exposure to the architecture and design (design patterns, security, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. Experience in building highly scalable business applications, which involve implementing large complex business flows involving multiple third-party integrations
• Prior startup experience is a plus

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred) and with App development (recommended)
• Demonstrated experience in managing  successful engineering teams across both web and app development
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory
• Management, Duplex Communication.
• Understanding of app development practices
• Prior startup experience is a plus

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred)/ Angular / Vue
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP 2, Socket Connections
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory Management, Duplex Communication.
• Experienced in Unit / Integration / Visual Testing.
• Ability to develop pixel-perfect web pages from designs
• Prior startup experience is a plus

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of exposure to the architecture and design (design patterns, security, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or other related fields
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Python including object-oriented design
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proven ability to take initiative and dive into new areas of technology.
• Passion for learning, analysing technology trade-offs and shipping products.
• Knowledge on SQL, NOSQL databases and AWS deployments is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly self motivated and motivating
• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
