We are hiring a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries across calls, chats, and emails, and managing service bookings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Book services and update customer records accurately
• Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers can also apply
• Must be comfortable working weekends with a weekday off

Job Description

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. Responsibilities:

Independent front- and backend implementation of business functionalities, defined as user stories by the customer, considering the cost-value ratio and maintenance effort for the customer 

Implementation of user stories and incidents, including concept, implementation (including automated unit tests), and communication with the customer within the agile development process.

Database activities such as creation or modification of database schema as well as implementation of database access, queries, and data modification 

Interface realization based on standard principles like REST or SOAP

Implementation of given Identity and Access Management Patterns for securing the application

Analysis and resolution of issues (3rd Level Support).

Documentation of the implementation.

Consultancy in technical and business topics within the applications.

Usage of selected tools for implementation, testing, rollout, and support.

Participation in regular meetings with the client to track the status of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Experience with JEE technologies such as JPA, EJB, CDI, JAAS, and SAML.

Experience in technology related to JEE, like Maven.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON).

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 Create and develop PCB layouts based on electronic schematics with proper

component placement and routing to have minimal EMI.

 Ensuring the design meets all electrical and mechanical requirements, including size

constraints, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.

 Expertise in PCB and component Footprint (3D model) and Symbol creation also

monitor, review and drive the library deliverables.

 Individual Contributor and take Ownership for library, multi-layer (4 to 6 layers) PCB

Layout, BOM generation till Gerber release and pick & place data for production.

 He/She will be responsible for maintaining the 3D model of the designed PCB.

 He/She will be handling the queries related to gerber from PCB manufacturers.

 Need to be involved in CFT (mechanical, electrical & firmware) for design reviews.

 The designer must have hands on experience of Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD like CAD

softwares.

 Ensure that PCB designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and

certifications (e.g., IPC standards, RoHS, UL).

 Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and

methodologies to stay competitive and drive innovation.

 Understand and work with design files in various formats like Gerber, DXF, step, and

ODB++

 Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure the

PCB design complies with industry standards and design guidelines.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related

field.

 Proficiency in PCB design software and tools.

 Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering principles, and PCB

manufacturing processes.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and

manufacturing.

 Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Effective communication and teamwork skills.

 Experience with PCB layout in various applications, such as consumer electronics,

automotive, aerospace, or medical devices, is a plus.

 Work experience of 4+ years in design and development of PCBs for power electronics

and embedded applications.

Technical Knowledge (Must Have)

• Strong experience in SQL / HiveQL/ AWS Athena,
• Strong expertise in the development of data pipelines (snaplogic is preferred).
• Design, Development, Deployment and administration of data processing applications.
• Good Exposure towards AWS and Azure Cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge around BigData, AWS Cloud Architecture, Best practices, Securities, Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality etc.
• Data extraction through various firm sources (RDBMS, Unstructured Data Sources) and load to datalake with all best practices.
• Knowledge in Python
