We are currently scouting for Channel Sales Lead (Objectives):

● Responsible for identifying, onboarding and collaborating with battery dealers and distributors

● Research and identify potential open markets and seek out dealers to sell our product offerings (Fixed Battery & e-rickshaw)

● Monitoring dealer performance and responsible for Sales for Battery Dealer point

● Driving the team on assigned targets and productivity

● Creating strategic channels to meet the targets for fixed battery & e-rickshaw sale

Responsibilities:

● 6 to 8 years of experience in growing Sales and developing dealer networks, especially in battery & e-rickshaw sales

● Should have handled a highly target driven sales team

● Managed P&L and growth of a vertical

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Create and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Design and build scalable, resilient microservices.
• Perform code reviews and optimize applications for performance and security.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an HR and Admin person responsible for managing all the aspects of the company's administration and Human Resources inclusive of the entire processes and practices. Your primary focus will be in organizational development by enforcing the defined company policies, processing the internal arrangements.

The key objective is to impart corporate values and enable business success through the stream of human resources that consists of job design, business ethics,employment cycle,talent management, and facilities management services.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8pm to 5am IST (Night Shift) 

• Six days a week, second and fourth Saturdays off.
