Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite & Salesforce professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting business solutions across NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and integration experience to support enterprise-level applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure NetSuite ERP modules, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk integrations, and custom records.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Lightning components.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and deployment processes.
• Ensure best practices in security, governance, and change management are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

NetSuite

• Strong experience with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk APIs
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, or Procurement
• Experience in NetSuite integrations and data migration

Salesforce

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components/LWC
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and deployment tools

General Technical Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of integration platforms like Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar is preferred
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Certification(s) preferred
• Salesforce Certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer preferred
• Experience working in a consulting or product-based environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

We seek a detail-oriented, collaborative Technical Enablement Lead to drive the implementation of enterprise systems and associated integrations, specifically with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and excels at translating operational needs into scalable technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

 Cross-Functional Technical Integration

• Drive alignment across engineering, data, and warehouse operations teams
• Work with the teams to help translate business requirements into actionable integration tasks and system configurations

 Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and mitigate risks early, removing barriers to keep the team on track
• Work with the technical teams who monitor system performance and data flow integrity
• Lead the teams in root cause analysis and implement iterative enhancements to integration reliability

ETL Process Oversight

• Collaborate with partner who leads the design and validation of ETL pipelines for syncing inventory, orders, and shipment data
• Ensure teams maintain data accuracy, schema compatibility, and robust error handling across platforms

Systems Mapping & Architecture 

• Partner with brand and vendor IT teams to design and document integration pathways between ERP and WMS systems
• Work with teams to identify data dependencies, transformation logic, and system constraints
• Confirm alignment with operations leads on workflows and priorities

Access Control Oversight

• Partner with teams to define and coordinate role-based access controls across integrated systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and operational integrity

Qualifications:

• 3-5 + years of experience
• Strong understanding of ERP and WMS platforms and their integration patterns
• Experience working with teams that implement integration tools, e.g., ETL, data mapping
• Familiarity with system roles and access controls 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and operational teams
• Ability to document and communicate systems in a clear, structured manner

Responsibilities:

• Participate and lead Business Requirements gathering, documentation of BRD and overall Solution design.
• Implementation of designed system in NetSuite and support to project team.
• Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
• Need to be involved on Reviews, check feasibility of solution and functional fitment as per NetSuite and align customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
