Position: Sales Representatives – Pharma Software

Department: Marketing & Sales

Location: Nagpur / Field Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B software/IT solution sales.

Industry: IT / Software / SaaS / Enterprise Applications

Reporting To: Head – Marketing & Sales Pharma Division

Compensation:

• For Experienced Candidate - Salary will be decided at the time of interview.

• For Fresher or 1year experience - minimum salary slab as per HR policy.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Pharma Software Solution.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, digital campaigns, industry contacts, exhibitions, seminars, and other channels.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales tracking systems.

• Conduct meetings with prospective customers and understand their business/operational requirements.

• Present the company's software solutions and explain their business benefits and ROI.

• Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations along with the Pre Sales/Technical team wherever required.

• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales related documents.

• Follow up with prospects from initial enquiry through demonstration, negotiation, purchase order, and closure.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Pharma Software Sales

• Stockists and distributors

• Pharma retailers

• Medical distributors

• Super-stockists and other pharma trade businesses

Educational Qualification Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred:

• MBA – Marketing / Sales • BBA / BBM

 Job responsibilities:

• Responsibility for design, implementation and deployment of Generative AI, Agentic frameworks at scale
• Strong in programming - Python a
• Previous experience of working on Computer Vision projects and VLM /VLAM models.
• In depth awareness of Transformer architectures and End to End Deep neural networks
• Full stack AI / ML development experience
• Design, build & maintain efficient and reliable Agentic / Generative AI code leveraging pipelines
• Hosting and deployment knowledge in GCP or AWS or Azure along with advanced engineering concepts to build user friendly UI interface for easy adoption.

    Requirements:

 ·      4 to 8 years overall years of experience (Agentic AI, Generative AI, VLM, VLAM and LLM) with significant exposure in Development, Architecture design, scaling and hosting in cloud.

    Must Have –

 ·      Architecting and solutioning experience with Python and FAST API, Agentic Ai frameworks, VLMs, VLAMs, Open source LLM’s and Code based LLM models at scale with - Langchain /      Ollama, embeddings, Memory      Management etc.,

·      Practical experience in implementing Explainable and ethical AI models  Practical experience in implementing frameworks like RAG/ CAG/ Self-reflective RAG etc.,

·      Experience in cloud hosting either AWS or Azure or GCP.

·      Experience in ML-OPS - Implement a feedback mechanism to continually improve the model over time through feedback loop and monitoring KPI’s in production.

·      Experience with Quantization and Kubernetes or docker

    Good to have

·      gRPC implementation to expose the API’s on a server for easy usage and good user interface

·      Streamlit front end creation

·      Experience with SAFe framework deliveries.
