Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase expert to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the organization. This role requires strong negotiation skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to build strong supplier relationships. The Purchase Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring that all procurement activities support and adhere to organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Sourcing and Procurement:

o   Identify and source suppliers and vendors for various products and services.

o   Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

o   Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

2.     Purchase Order Management:

o   Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.

o   Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

o   Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.

3.     Inventory Management:

o   Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements.

o   Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock replenishment and distribution.

4.     Supplier Relationship Management:

o   Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

o   Address supplier issues and concerns promptly to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods and services.

5.     Compliance and Documentation:

o   Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

o   Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in Purchase field or similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].

·        Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.

·        Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ability to transform briefs into compelling copy and content for the brand
• Medium agnostic approach towards writing
• Strong understanding of how creative writing can impact consumer behavior and help build a brand
• Planning and execution of copy requirements for social media channels, CRM, website and other digital platforms (short format copy, captions)
• Guide a team of junior writer/s to deliver creative copy and content according to the brief
• Work with teams (internal and external) to ensure project management and completion
• Ability to work closely with graphic designers and video editors for timely planning and execution of campaigns

Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Impeccable English writing skills, degree or postgraduate degree in English Literature, Mass Communication or Copywriting preferred
• Understanding of how to maintain consistent tone of voice across all brand channels
• Comfortable with both short and long format content (more of short format)
• Must have: Experience in copywriting for social media and CRM channels. Good to have: website, brochures and other POSM
• Previous experience in advertising agencies, design houses and content platforms preferred

Video Editor Intern

As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems.

1. Have enthusiasm and are up-to-date about interactions on social media, top-trends and engaging content.
2. Create an initial proposed storyboard draft or line up of the video to present and receive approval before beginning to edit the video.
3. Improve video and sound quality using various video/audio software.
4. Edit video to include packaging, stock shots, music, graphics, dialogues, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project as required.
5. Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos.
6. Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
7. Create graphical packaging of the sessions/video, teaser/trailer and tutorials.
8. Create the polished final cut before making the video live.
9. Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format. 
10. Operate computer editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and their plugins) used for video media and effects.
11. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
12. Create creative thumbnails for each video/show/community page.
13. Create creatives for promotion and marketing of content for various platforms.
14. You have a high level of ownership and exceptional follow-through.

• Good experience on Next.js, with great css skills.
• Should also know the latest strategies available on Next.js v12.

• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based Laravel E-commerce and Marketplace websites and maintaining the back-end of mobile applications
• Familiarity using Bagisto, Open Cart or any other PHP e-commerce packages.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the App Development team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize back-end data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
