Designation: Sales & Customer Service Executive (Only Chennai Candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively promote our range of heritage handloom sarees and clothing to potential customers who visit our website.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how the product adds value to meet those needs.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales revenue.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
• Communicate with Customers both pre and post purchase - Emails, Web chats, WhatsApp Chats, Phone Call.
• Order checking and Quality Checks prior to shipping products to customers.
• Follow up with Logistics for tracking shipments, and order fulfilment.
• Make video product demos of sarees and clothes to customers who need more information.

You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and aleadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Mandatory experience in building scalable microservices on nodejs platforms
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, Service architecture
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant work experience of minimum 10 years in handling MFI portfolio is required
• Work experience of handling minimum 200 crore MFIs portfolio
• Excellent communication, analytical, listening and team handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• He or she should have experience of at least 2 - 4 years in Java development.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms and at least 2 - 4 years of experience on the same.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge on core java, JSP, servlets, and beans
• Experience in multi-threaded server-side Java programming
• Working knowledge of web services.
• Working knowledge on hibernate and springs framework.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Should have worked in an SDLC environment.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop well-designed performant and scalable applications and microservices
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code aligning to software development best practices
• Integrate data storage solutions including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
• Build integrations with 3rd party applications through apis’ to ingest and process data
• Develop state-of-the-art analytics tools to support diverse tasks ranging from ad hoc analysis to production-grade pipelines and workflows for customer applications
• Ensure security and data protection aspects within the applications
• Partner with Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers to improve the performance and reliability of advanced algorithms
• Ensure high performance and availability of distributed systems and applications
• Interact directly with client project team members and operational staff to support live customer deployments and production issues

• 4+ years of experience in developing applications using python and related technologies.
• Familiarity in data ingestion and processing libraries in python.
• Thorough understanding of REST and GRPC technologies.
• Experience in using ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries for data access.
• Experiencing in developing and hosting APIs and integration with external applications.
• Experience in building data models and repositories using relational and NoSql databases.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket and agile methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, dynamodb, kinesis and others.
