Job Title: Inventory & Product Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory & Product Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing inventory data, monitoring product performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize inventory levels, improve product availability, and drive overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels across various product categories.
• Identify slow-moving, overstocked, and out-of-stock items, and provide actionable recommendations to manage inventory flow.
• Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models using historical data, trends, and market demands.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy in the inventory management system.
• Provide reports on key inventory metrics such as stock turnover, days of inventory, and reorder points.

• Product Analytics:

• Analyze product performance, including sales trends, profit margins, and product lifecycles, to drive decision-making.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product sales, including top-performing and underperforming items.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and procurement teams to evaluate product trends and suggest strategies to enhance product offerings.
• Assist in setting pricing strategies based on data analysis of product performance and market conditions.

• Data Reporting & Visualization:

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track inventory levels, product performance, and overall supply chain health.
• Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including management, operations, and marketing teams.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis as required by various departments.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Suggest automation and technology solutions for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, inventory management tools, and analytics best practices.

Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in inventory management, product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries preferred.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and product analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Job Title: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Type - Full Time

Summary/Objective:

The primary objective of hiring a Project Coordinator is to efficiently manage customer data, oversee project development, and ensure the successful deployment of websites. The role involves collaborating with various teams, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high-quality website deliverables.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Customer Data and Project Management:

·        Effectively manage customer data and all the related information.

·        Ensure accurate documentation and organization of work flow details.

·        Collaborate with the Design team for creating mockups and visuals.

·        Communicate design concepts and seek customer approval via email correspondence.

2.   Development and Progress Tracking:

·        Liaise with the Development team to facilitate smooth task flow.

·        Monitor and track work progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.

·        Verify websites to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

3.   Testing and Quality Assurance:

·        Coordinate with the Testing Department to assess task status and identify bugs.

·        Collaborate with team members to address and resolve identified issues.

·        Ensure rigorous testing to maintain high-quality website deliverables.

4.   Customer Engagement and Feedback:

·        Deliver beta versions of websites to customers for review and feedback.

·        Collaborate with team members to implement customer-suggested changes to beta websites.

·        Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and promptly address their concerns.

·        Need to communicate with customers over email for their concerns and changes

5.   Website Deployment and Live Process:

·        Manage the transition from beta to live website by following customer approvals.

·        Oversee the live website deployment process, ensuring a seamless transition.

·        Implement customer-requested changes post-approval, ensuring a polished final product.

6. Product Management:

·        Effectively manage and Upload customer and vendor product information.

·        Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate representation of products on the website.

·        Update and maintain product details to provide up-to-date information to customers.

7. Website Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

·        Facilitate day-to-day website changes and improvements to enhance user experience.

·        Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and suggest improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Graduate/ Post Graduate.

·        Good to have IT background.

Experience:

·        2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator role.

·        Experience in IT sector is must.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be keenly expert in JavaScript (ES6), React JS (Functional React- React with Hooks).
• Must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce. 
• We are highly fetching for the candidates that are good with conditional rendering, and very much clear regarding the concepts of useEffect hook.
• Knowledge of GIT is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in any state management library such as redux or context is a plus.
