As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Staff Software Engineer in backend technologies to contribute to the futuristic development of our sophisticated monitoring products.

Position Overview:

As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in backend technologies for Storage and Network monitoring in an AI enabled Data center as well as Cloud, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality features within aggressive timelines. Your expertise in microservices-based streaming architectures and strong hands-on development skills are essential to solve complex problems related to large-scale data processing. Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development: Actively participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality features, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in backend technologies like Java, Python, Go or related languages.
• Microservices and Streaming Architectures: Design and implement microservices-based streaming architectures to efficiently process and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring real-time insights and optimal performance.
• Agile Development: Collaborate within an agile development environment to deliver features on aggressive schedules, maintaining a high standard of quality in code, design, and architecture.
• Feature Ownership: Take ownership of features from inception to deployment, ensuring they meet product requirements and align with the overall product vision.
• Problem Solving and Optimization: Tackle complex technical challenges related to data processing, storage, and real-time monitoring, and optimize backend systems for high throughput and low latency.
• Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices to maintain a high-quality and maintainable codebase.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth integration and alignment with product goals.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design decisions, and API documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, demonstrating expertise in Java, Python or related technologies.
• Strong domain knowledge in Storage and Networking, with exposure to monitoring technologies and practices.
• Experience is handling the large data-lakes with purpose-built data stores (Vector databases, no-SQL, Graph, Time-series).
• Practical knowledge of OO design patterns and Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and development expertise on Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Solid experience designing and delivering features with high quality on aggressive schedules.
• Proven experience in microservices-based streaming architectures, particularly in handling large amounts of data for storage and networking monitoring.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and principles for backend systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience of at least 1 Year

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, premier pro)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Position: Call Quality Analyst

Monitoring Calls:

Listen to recorded or live calls between customer service representatives and customers.

Evaluate the call based on predefined quality metrics and guidelines.

Quality Assessment:

• Assess and score calls on various criteria, including but not limited to, professionalism, communication skills, adherence to scripts or protocols, problem-solving abilities, and compliance with company policies.
• Feedback and Coaching:
• Provide constructive feedback to call center agents on their performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
• Offer coaching and training to help agents enhance their skills and meet quality standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of evaluations, scores, feedback, and coaching sessions.
• Generate regular reports on individual and team performance for management review.
• Root Cause Analysis:
• Identify recurring issues or trends in calls and collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., training, operations) to address and resolve 
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
• Ensure that agents adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations during customer interactions.
• Process Improvement:
• Propose improvements to call center processes, scripts, training materials, or policies based on insights gained from call evaluations.
• Training and Development Support:
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs for call center agents.
• Conduct refresher training sessions on specific skills or areas identified for improvement.
• Quality Assurance Metrics:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for call quality.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure they align with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate findings, trends, and improvement recommendations to call center management, supervisors, and relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is often preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using call monitoring software and tools.
•  Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).

Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) on both Android and iOS
- Build a framework as the application grows so our Apps and SDKs are unanimous. 
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code 
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions 
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance 
- Design interfaces to improve user experience 
- Liaise with Product team to plan new features 
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards 
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
- Work with latest Security protocols and data transfer optimisations

- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer with 3 - 5 years of experience. 
- Must be proficient in at least one programming language from Java, Swift & Objective C and must be willing to learn the other two. 
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs 
- Familiarity with OOP design principles 
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude 
- Ability to perform in a fast paced team environment
- Strong understanding of in-device security
