We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale user

acquisition and drive business growth for Tamasha’s consumer-facing apps. Products: • Openly – A conversation-first social app focused on meaningful interactions. • Playroom – Voicechat – A real-time voice chat platform for live community

engagement. • FriendChat – A chatroom-based social app for discovering and connecting with

new people. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google

Ads. • Drive high-quality app installs with focus on CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention. • Own daily budget allocation, bid optimization, targeting, and scaling decisions. • Perform deep analysis at campaign, ad set, ad, and creative levels. • Build daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. • Analyze funnel metrics and identify drop-offs with actionable insights.

• Work closely with product and analytics teams for attribution accuracy. • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders clearly. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. • Experience in mobile app performance marketing. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role: .Net Full Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 4+ Hands-on experience in Web application (full stack) development using .Net framework & .Net (Core), MVC.

We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our diabetic range products. Customers can include doctors, pharmacists, and direct consumers. The medical representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators
