Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Developer to automate our internal workflows, develop tools for internal use that are used by our development team.

We follow the following practices: unit testing, continuous integration CI, continuous deployment CD, and DevOps.

We have codebases in go, java, python, vue js, bash and support the development team that develops C code.

You need to like challenges, explore new fields and find solutions for problems.

You will be responsible for coordinating, automating, and validating internal workflows and ensuring operational stability, and system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in professional software development
• Solid understanding of software development patterns like SOLID, GoF or similar.
• Experience automating deployments for different kinds of applications.
• Strong understanding of Git version control, merge/rebase strategies, tagging.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment orchestration (e.g., docker compose).
• Solid scripting experience (bash, or similar).
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and probing tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, blackbox exporter).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SRE
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Familiarity with build tools like Make, CMake, or similar.
• Exposure to artifact management systems (e.g., aptly, Artifactory, Nexus).
• Experience deploying to Linux production systems with service uptime guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Develop new services that are needed by SRE, Field or Development Team by adopting unit testing, agile, clean code practices.
• Drive the CI/CD pipeline and maintain the workflows, using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins
• Deploy the services and implement and refine the automation for different environments.
• Operate: The services that the SRE Team developed.
• Automate release pipelines: Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Version control: Manage and enforce Git best practices, branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow), tagging, and release versioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to align on release timelines and feature readines

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting
• Love of technology and experience with one or more programming languages from Java, Python, or Go
• Experience in full-stack development including designing APIs and integration patterns, implementing security, implementing frameworks for Unit and End-to-End testing
• Experience with micro-services architecture
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
• Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, automated code deployments, etc.
• Ability to grasp new technologies and use them effectively to create industrial-strength software.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Engagement

• Develop and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and support action planning.
• Organize team-building and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in audits and statutory reporting.

4. Performance Management

• Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with evaluation processes.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs in consultation with managers and teams.
• Coordinate training programs, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
• Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Support administration of insurance, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits.

7. Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalate issues where necessary.
• Promote a harmonious and inclusive workplace environment.

Our client is an e-retailer of wellness products and provider of personalized ayurvedic consultation to its client.

• Managing Director’s calendar, tasks, calls and assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
• Attending meetings and preparing “Minute of Meetings”, organizing meetings with timely reminders and ensuring that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
• Managing Directors' and other accompanying guests' travel arrangements (including visas/ accommodation)
• Maintaining Director’s office systems, including data management and filing
• Ensuring necessary documentation of tasks and projects as advised and required as per good documentation practices

What you need to have:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development and management of two of our customer facing websites. You should excel in working with scaling applications and frameworks.

Zobaze is an early-stage startup, based out of THUB, Hyderabad.

Experienced developers who can develop Mobile Applications using Flutter.

Work closely with founders on building product.
