Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and
escalations from Level
• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment
• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience
• 2-3+ years of SIP experience
• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN
• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the
following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk
(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- GST Returns:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with GST regulations and ensure accurate reporting.
- TDS Filing:
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Quarterly and Annual) in compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Ensure accurate TDS deductions and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
- Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with labor laws.
- Balance Sheet Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly balance sheets.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and ledgers.
- Invoice Creation:
- Generate and issue sales invoices to customers.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of billing details.
- General Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

10. Manage and maintain attendance and leave records for all employees.
11. Generate and maintain monthly payroll journal and submit to Finance for disbursement.
12. Ensure the smooth functioning of office telephone lines, mobile phones and housekeeping
services.
13. Procure and maintain stock of stationary and other office supplies.
14. Manage and coordinate with company vendors for the various supply and services that they render.
15. Manage all the travel arrangements like ticketing, Visas, hotel accommodation, transportation
etc. for employees and company guests.
16. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic as well as physical communications
on behalf of MD.
17. Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to MD.
18. Manage and track distribution list and logistics for corporate gifting 2-3 times in a calendar year.
Skills Required:
