About SaaS Labs US, Inc: We’re a Palo Alto & Noida-based product company building SaaS products for sales, support & success roles. Our popular products are https://justcall.io/">JustCall, https://helpwise.io/">Helpwise & https://easycalendar.com/">EasyCalendar. We’re 5th fastest growing in India & 54th in APAC as per Deloitte in 2019 & 2020. Bootstrapped our way to >$7mil ARR and targeting $50mil ARR by 2023 end. Closed a large venture funding round in Jan 2021 (yet to be announced). We’re going to grow team size from 70 to 150 in 2021 and 500 by 2023. Our team members are from India, US, Bulgaria, and Philippines.

Job Title:  UI/UX Designer

Exp- 3 years and above

Responsibilities

1.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and       engineers

1. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
2. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widget
3. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables
6. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
8. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and image

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
2. Portfolio of design projects.
3. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
4. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Team spirit; strong communication.
6. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
7. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
