Key Requirements :

• 5+ Years of experience with UiPath RPA (Studio and Orchestrator) as an end-to-end automation developer.
• UiPath Professional Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery methods and tools.
• Advanced skills in web scraping (e.g., Computer Vision, OCR) and API integrations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and process analysis.
• Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, and delivery.
• Configure, test, and deploy integrations with internal and external databases.
• Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., PDD, SDD).
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure best practices (e.g., RE framework, naming conventions).
• Guide UiPath Orchestrator integration and deployment.
• Manage source code repositories (GIT) and REST API usage.
• Provide support for user testing, issue resolution, and customer relationship teams.

Requires that any candidate know the M365 Collaboration environment. SharePoint Online, MS Teams. Exchange Online, Entra and Purview. Need developer that possess a strong understanding of Data Structure, Problem Solving abilities, SQL, PowerShell, MS Teams App Development, Python, Visual Basic, C##, JavaScript, Java, HTML, PHP, C.

Need a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, and possess debugging skills time management, business acumen, and have a positive attitude is a must and open to continual growth.

Capability to code appropriate solutions will be tested in any interview.

Knowledge of a wide variety of Generative AI models

Conceptual understanding of how large language models work

Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and machine learning & AI development (e.g., Python)

Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior React Native Developer to join our team and take the lead on developing our cross-platform mobile application. You’ll play a critical role in building, launching, and scaling a high-performance mobile app that runs seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 1+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React architecture.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android mobile app development lifecycle.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling network latency issues.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile development practices.
• Experience with push notifications, in-app purchases, deep linking, and analytics SDKs.

Preferred:

• Experience with Expo or EAS for managed workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.).
• Experience with native modules (Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin) as needed.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox).
• Published apps in both the App Store and Google Play.
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments.

Experience with load testing and profiling tools such as Java Selenium, Cucumber & postman.
