This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
