Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at Growing Stars Consulting in Jaipur. The Process Associate will be responsible for tasks related to analytical processes, customer service, communication, finance, and business process outsourcing (BPO).

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in process improvement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create a brand and market positioning that maintains Tartan's leadership position in the industry.
• Devise, own, and execute Tartan’s marketing strategy across all formats, both internally and externally.
• Ensure sales and partner teams are enabled and up-to-date with the product, process, competitor, and market content.
• Build Tartan's vocabulary and messaging to effectively tell the company’s story to the modern world.
• Build, maintain, measure, and optimize Tartan’s marketing channel mix, with an eye toward growth initiatives and product adoption
• Work closely with the sales, customer success, alliances, and product teams to identify market opportunities and define market-leading products.

You will be a good fit if you have the below:

• Proven 3+ years of B2B2C marketing leadership experience providing strategic input to high-growth technology businesses with ownership of marketing strategies, goals, and tactics
• Successful track record in building, getting buy-in, and executing marketing plans
• History of building high performing, marketing teams and attracting top marketing talent
• Relevant domain experience preferred in deeply technical products, preferably in API space
• A thorough grasp of the key metrics needed to drive the business
• Ability and desire to use data and metrics to make strategic growth decisions

BSc/BA in Computer Science, BCA, Engineering or a related field

1-3 years of web development experience.

Relevant E-com industry Experience.

Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus

Create and test applications for websites.

Maintaining the appearance of websites

Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Maintain and update websites

Troubleshoot website problems.

We Anju Siima Technologies Private Limited are looking for a Flutter developer who is proficient with dart programming language. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implement them following well known Flutter workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user interfacing features using Dart / Flutter framework

Who you are: 

• Graduate from any stream (Mandatory).  
• Engineering, BCA or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred 
• Team handling experience (Minimum 1 year). 
• Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years experience specifically with technical support in the web hosting industry. 
• Have an understanding of different hosting products such as Shared,  Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Servers and addons like sitelock, codeguard,  SSL etc. 
• Proficient in handling a variety of web hosting related issues 
• Ability to take ownership and work independently, handle multiple  priorities, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze large sets of data using advanced excel/analytics skills. 
• Ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and experience to  colleagues and team members 
• Ability to develop and lead a team with role-modeling the right behaviors. Ability to influence others and motivate people. 
• Must be customer-focused with strong customer interaction skills. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively, and resourcefully
