Job Title: L2 SIEM Administrator - LogRhythm

Location:

Pune – Customer Site (Magarpatta)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive L2 SIEM Administrator with expertise in LogRhythm to manage, maintain, and optimize our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will develop use case frameworks, implement SIEM rules, and ensure efficient log management and threat detection.

Key Responsibilities:

LogRhythm Administration:

Manage and maintain the LogRhythm SIEM platform for optimal performance.

Develop, implement, and fine-tune use case frameworks and detection rules to enhance threat detection.

Incident Analysis:

Investigate security alerts and logs to identify and respond to threats.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams or external stakeholders.

Log Management:

Onboard and configure log sources, ensuring accurate data ingestion and normalization.

Validate log integrity across network and endpoint sources.

Optimization and Troubleshooting:

Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

Monitor and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise with LogRhythm, including creating and managing use case frameworks and detection rules.

3+ years of experience in SIEM administration.

Strong understanding of security logs, event correlation, and incident analysis.

Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).

Relevant certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Certified Professional (LRCP)) are a plus.

1. Design and Development:

• Design, create, and modify websites.
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

1. Maintenance and Evaluation:

• Regularly update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and reflect the latest content.
• Test websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors.
• Fix any bugs or issues that arise.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
• Communicate with clients or management about ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support and instruction to other staff or clients.

1. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience in server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET.
• Understanding of search engine optimization principles.

1. Project Management:

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and expand/enhance the website once built.

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, IT, Electronics only

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
