Position Summary

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to make noise in all the right places. With 5+ years of experience in ad campaigns and marketing, you’ll be the mastermind behind our digital presence — running high-performing campaigns that don’t just get clicks, but actually move the needle for tech products.

You’ve done this before: built campaigns, tracked performance, tweaked creative, and pushed results until they hit. You’re equal parts strategist and executor — one day mapping out content calendars, the next deep in campaign analytics, figuring out how to squeeze 10x more out of the same budget.

You’re scrappy, creative, and fearless when it comes to experimenting. If the usual playbook doesn’t work, you’ll write a new one.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for tech products.
• Own campaign strategy end-to-end: targeting, creatives, A/B testing, budget allocation, and optimization.
• Craft and execute content strategies that amplify our brand voice across platforms.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance — and adapt fast when things shift.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and lead-gen teams to ensure campaigns drive real outcomes.
• Keep an eye on competitors, trends, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media marketing and campaign management experience, preferably with SaaS or tech products.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns that delivered measurable growth.
• Deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
• Analytical mindset — you don’t just run ads; you obsess over metrics and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics dashboards.

Must-Have Skills

• Social media ad campaign strategy & execution (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience driving real ROI for tech product campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel stages, and messaging.
• Creative content planning and calendar management.
• Data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Good-to-Have Skills

What You'll Do :

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Develop new features and cutting edge user experience
• Work on bug fixing, code optimisation and performance improvements

What We Need You To Have :

• Understanding of kotlin and coroutines.
• Knowledge of design patterns (MVVM and MVI)

• Proficient in debugging and analysis skills using ADB
• Good knowledge of memory management, concurrency, and multi-threading

• B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science and/or relevant work experience.
• Previous work experience at startup would be a plus

• Experience in Digital Marketing with a specific focus on Google Ads
• Manage and scale e-commerce campaigns of big brands globally Google Ads certified (preferred)
• Working Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant center
• Working knowledge of various campaign types like Google Search, Google Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Strategise SEM campaigns and align it against the whole digital marketing strategy Understanding and implementation of funnel approach - measurement of events like add to cart, checkout, etc on websites and also building audiences related to these events
• Tracking and setup of all events through Google Tag Manager
• Analyze data from various other sources (like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc) and find insights and on how to grow faster
• Creative inputs and AB Testing - strategise on creatives and map them to relevant audiences, test different versions and formats to continually optimize campaigns
