We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Data Science Client Services team to continue our success of identifying high quality target audiences that generate profitable marketing return for our clients. We are looking for experienced data science, machine learning and MLOps practitioners to design, build and deploy impactful predictive marketing solutions that serve a wide range of verticals and clients. The right candidate will enjoy contributing to and learning from a highly talented team and working on a variety of projects.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will be responsible for:

1. Ownership of design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning algorithms in a modern Python-based cloud architecture
2. Design or enhance ML workflows for data ingestion, model design, model inference and scoring
3. Oversight on team project execution and delivery
4. If senior, establish peer review guidelines for high quality coding to help develop junior team members’ skill set growth, cross-training, and team efficiencies
5. Visualize and publish model performance results and insights to internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

1. Masters in a relevant quantitative, applied field (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
2. Minimum of 3.5 years of work experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of ML model development and deployment into production within a cloud infrastructure (Databricks is highly preferred)
3. Proven ability to manage the output of a small team in a fast-paced environment and to lead by example in the fulfilment of client requests
4. Exhibit deep knowledge of core mathematical principles relating to data science and machine learning (ML Theory + Best Practices, Feature Engineering and Selection, Supervised and Unsupervised ML, A/B Testing, etc.)
5. Proficiency in Python and SQL required; PySpark/Spark experience a plus
6. Ability to conduct a productive peer review and proper code structure in Github
7. Proven experience developing, testing, and deploying various ML algorithms (neural networks, XGBoost, Bayes, and the like)

Summary of the role: 

As an Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with internal team members to implement Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics on clients’ websites. In this role, you will use front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery to support the development and implementation of web analytics tracking. You will also set up and maintain successful Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics deployments and identify and solve complex and interesting tracking problems. Using JavaScript/jQuery, you will design analytics solutions by understanding the client’s business and online marketing goals, gathering requirements, defining project scope, and providing technical guidance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong technical aptitude and expertise with JavaScript, HTML,CSS
• Expertise in Adobe DTM/Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics implementation through other tag management solutions

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Analytics implementation using DTM/Adobe Launch
• Web Development experience is a plus as it relates to the development, configuration and implementation of Web Analytics solutions
• Experience with other web platforms like Google Analytics, Tealium, Tealeaf, etc. is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business requirements and how to map those requirements to specific digital measurement tactics
• Development of documentation, deliverables and solutions requirements for web analytics tracking
• Work closely with account management and development teams to oversee the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on-site and through tag management systems
• Support digital marketing teams (paid search, SEO, conversion rate optimization, digital media, etc.) to implement customized tracking for campaign initiatives

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of web analytics implementation tools - Adobe Analytics Implementation Experience
• Ability to use Adobe DTM/Adobe Launch to implement changes suggested by web analytics team
• Hands on experience in writing DTM rules and troubleshooting the existing implementations
• Expert-level knowledge in Adobe DTM/ Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics is a must
• Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager or other web analytics platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of web development technologies - JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.
• Experience in producing technical specifications, solution design reference documents, reference manuals, developer guides, and/or code requirements
• Excellent ability to read and debug HTML, JavaScript to successfully test tags
• Presents results in a manner that the business partners can understand, ensuring interpretation, appropriate detail and usability
• Excellent written skills and the ability to write for both technical and non-technical users
• Willingness to travel for client discoveries and other off-site meetings

As a Social media marketing specialist your major responsibilities revolve around acquisition of travellers (leads) from social media channels such as Facebook & Instagram. This role requires you to take the ownership of the following responsibilities : 

• Research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and then design strategies for paid acquisition via social media
• Managing a budget to be spent on social media ads
• Design and execute social media ads and align the goals of marketing, revenue and supply team
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for paid acquisition 
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Diligently infuse tracking parameters and UTMs in the campaigns. 
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Align and leverage resources from the tech team, content team, supply team and revenue team to further optimize your campaigns.
• Identify potential new audience (eg :- lookalike audience) and leverage existing customer base by running remarketing Ads.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing specialist in an experience, travel or hospitality industry. 
• Worked on lead generation campaigns.
• Was involved in managing a marketing budget of 1Cr+ every month.

• Ability to present and communicate ideas and strategies.
• An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once with multiple managers. 
• Facebook Blueprint Certification is preferred but not a must.
