Role Overview:
We at Incruiter are seeking an experienced and dynamic Panel Onboarding Team Lead to oversee the onboarding process of freelance interview panels. This role requires managing a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth panel sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to our clients.
EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing freelance interview panel members based on client requirements.
- Ensure that the team achieves its sourcing and onboarding targets effectively.
Panel Sourcing & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with recruiters to source potential panel members using various tools like Naukri and other databases.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of panel members into Incruiters system.
- Leverage technical expertise in IT profiles (e.g., software development, data science, DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity and niche technologies) to identify candidates with relevant skills and industry experience.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded panel members to ensure their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the panels provided to clients meet high-quality standards and align with the specific job descriptions shared by clients.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Provide regular updates and reports to higher management on team performance and onboarding progress.
- Work closely with the client success and operations teams to align goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Proven team management experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in relationship management with freelancers or external consultants is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Processing:
Prepare and review purchase orders from various departments or individuals within the organization.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, ensuring they are properly authorized and comply with company policies.
Enter purchase order details into the accounting system (Tally Prime)
Invoice Verification and Processing:
Gather invoices and match them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.
Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues.
Engage in Warehousing activities related to invoices and inventory.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensure vendor accounts are accurately maintained in the accounting system, including contact information and payment terms.
Communicate payment schedules to vendors and provide remittance advice as required.
Reporting and Reconciliation:
Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable, such as the outstanding creditor's reports, vendor ageing payables, and vendor statements.
Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

Build a Talent acquisition philosophy in order to solve for recruitment strategically and for rapid implementations in achieving recruitment needs across the organisation and global locations.

Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of a right talent benchmark and establish right models to create active and proactive talent pipeline for the companies quarterly hiring goals .

Source and engage with leadership and senior level talent for the open roles of the company

Set up proactive talent acquisition and candidate experience management processes.

Collaborate with leaders to get the right visibility in the talent forums in India and outside.

Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted talent pool across all levels and functions

Partner across all functions & businesses across to build various recruitment practices for diverse teams within .

Be a go-to leader and SME’ for the leadership team for all recruitment related aspects.

Proactively manage “Time - Quality - Cost” metric for TA to set right TA practices for the company

Handle end to end recruitment across all functions

Establish scalable recruitment systems, processes and tools for the company

Build and execute the talent branding activities with short term and long term goals in mind.

Work with senior leadership for hiring planning and spearhead the execution

Having managed recruitment of a rapid growing tech organizations

Managed small size global recruitment teams earlier (at least for 2-3 yrs of leading team)

10-12 yrs of relevant talent acquisition experience

Having worked in tech and business recruitment in needs

Having experience in spearheading recruitment function in a product company from 30-150 people
● Auditing, monitoring and improving existing infrastructure components of highly available and scaled
product on cloud with Ubuntu servers
● Running daily maintenance tasks and improving it with possible automation
● Deploying new components, server and other infrastructure when needed
● Coming up with innovative ways to automate tasks
● Working with telecom carriers and getting rates and destinations and update regularly on the system
● Working with Docker containers, Tinc, Iptables, HAproxy, ETCD, mySQL, mongoDB, CouchDB and
ansible
You would be bringing below skills to our team :
● Expertise with Docker containers and its networking, Tinc, Iptables, HAproxy, ETCD, and ansible
● Extensive experience with setup, maintenance, monitoring, backup and replication with mySQL
● Expertise with the Ubuntu servers and its OS and server level networking
● Good experience of working with mongoDB, CouchDB
● Good with the networking tools
● Open Source server monitoring solutions like nagios, Zabbix etc.
● Worked on highly scaled, distributed applications running on the Datacenter Ubuntu VPS instances
● Innovative and out of box thinker with multitasking skills working in a small team efficiently
● Working Knowledge of any scripting languages like bash, node or python
● It would be an advantage if have experience with the calling platforms like FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS or
Kamailio and have basic knowledge of SIP protocol

About the role
You can demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamentals of product design
- customer understanding, funnel metrics, translating qualitative and quantitative
understanding into actionable insights, understanding of tech and infra constraints (for Web and Mobile), ability to conceptualise solutions within tight
constraints (time & tech), track performance of the product once live and iterate.
You are driven by a desire to think through problems deeply and solve them well -
you understand that UI is only a layer, not a solution.
You have great taste for good design and know how to translate taste into
outcomes. You take pride in your attention to detail and strive for perfection from
concept to product. You have experience creating web & mobile apps/products
with end to end ownership - you know, intimately, the working differences
between web standards, PWAs on mobile, Material Design on Android and iOS
design guidelines.
You have worked in dynamic, collaborative environments and worked alongside
product managers and engineers. You are articulate and can clearly rationalise
and communicate your design assumptions and decisions. You take ownership
and can work independently, get things done over multiple communication
channels - be it Slack, asynchronous chat or similar.
Responsibility
You will own and manage product and feature design end-to-end for web and
mobile. You will be responsible for customer & market understanding, concept &
design, stakeholder buy-ins, tech. handovers & reviews and debugging & tracking
the feature in production. You will collaborate with Product Managers and
Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design intent is
in sync with business goals and followed through to production
What are we looking for?
2-6 years of relevant industry experience
High quality online portfolio of relevant work- website (preferred) or a
shareable PDF demonstrating your command over good design fundamentals
Superlative command over Figma/Sketch/XD, Principle
We are location agnostic, but in the same time zone India). We have a small
garden office @ Jayanagar, Bangalore (home to some of the best dosas in
India) to jam together on anything that requires space.
● Should have 6+ years of experience as a software developer
● Good experience with Nodejs & Express js.
● Good with MySQL
● Experience with Linux Scripting
● Experience with elastic search and Logstash
● Experience with cyber security
● Great interpersonal and communication skills candidate can work independently
