About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in IT SaaS sales. As a remote team member, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and delivering value through our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify, research, and qualify leads through various online channels, including LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Build a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Sales Process Execution:
- Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to illustrate the value of our SaaS offerings.
- Customize solutions based on client requirements and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Close deals efficiently while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the product and marketing teams to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote setup.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp new software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Title: L2 SIEM Administrator - LogRhythm
Location:
Pune – Customer Site (Magarpatta)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive L2 SIEM Administrator with expertise in LogRhythm to manage, maintain, and optimize our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will develop use case frameworks, implement SIEM rules, and ensure efficient log management and threat detection.
Key Responsibilities:
LogRhythm Administration:
Manage and maintain the LogRhythm SIEM platform for optimal performance.
Develop, implement, and fine-tune use case frameworks and detection rules to enhance threat detection.
Incident Analysis:
Investigate security alerts and logs to identify and respond to threats.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams or external stakeholders.
Log Management:
Onboard and configure log sources, ensuring accurate data ingestion and normalization.
Validate log integrity across network and endpoint sources.
Optimization and Troubleshooting:
Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Monitor and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise with LogRhythm, including creating and managing use case frameworks and detection rules.
3+ years of experience in SIEM administration.
Strong understanding of security logs, event correlation, and incident analysis.
Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
Relevant certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Certified Professional (LRCP)) are a plus.

Designing and implementing robust, mobile-friendly Web & Mobile applications which includes managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications

Qualifications & Experience
- Total Experience 3-10 years in the relevant field
- Engineering Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute
- 2-3 years of technology experience
- Extensive experience in Coding C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Design Pattern, SQL queries
- 2+ years experience with design patterns and best practices
- 2+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, emphasis on frameworks such as Angular 7+, React (good to have)
- Ability to realize and implement Design Comps into a aesthetically pleasing web experience.
- Ability to design and develop for Mobile (Experience with Xamarin will be an added advantage)
- Proven past experience of Azure storage and SQL Server
- Team player, confident, independent and enthusiastic!
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support.
- Ability to work with multiple projects at the same time, strong documentation skills, and a methodical approach to problem resolution are critical to succeed in this role
