Job Summary:

Capgemini is looking for experienced Power Automate Developers with a strong background in automating business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Candidates must have hands-on experience and relevant certifications (PL-500 or PL-900).

Mandatory Skills : 4+ Years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, PL-500/PL-900 certification, workflow automation, system integration, and low-code/no-code development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and support Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other third-party services.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practices, security policies, and performance standards.

Mandatory Skills :

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience with Power Automate.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with airgap Kubernetes clusters, ideally in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, programmable infrastructure, and automation.
• Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and multi-region disaster recovery.
• Security & compliance knowledge for regulated industries.
• Preferred: Experience with GKE, RKE, Rook-Ceph and certifications like CKA, CKAD.

As a Product Designer you will:

• As the first ever Product Designer, you'll be the core owner of our mobile app from start to finish. You’ll help us better understand our users’ needs & pain points, and will have the skills to turn your learnings into beautifully designed visuals and interactions. You'll report to our CTO and collaborate with the engineering team.
• You are an active collaborator/contributor for our other web applications.
