We’re looking for a People Success to own the people function end-to-end at Learntube. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, comes with the experience to build systems from scratch, while staying deeply hands-on.

You will be the custodian of our culture, a trusted partner to the founders, and the go-to person for everything related to people, hiring, and workplace operations. You will play a strategic role in shaping Learntube as a people-first organisation, while staying closely involved in solving the day-to-day challenges that come with scaling.

What You'll do:

People Strategy & Culture (Strategic + Foundational)

• Act as the custodian of company culture, values, and employee experience.
• Design and implement people processes suitable for a high-growth startup.
• Partner closely with founders and leadership on org design, performance, and talent decisions.

**Talent Acquisition (50%) **

• Own** end-to-end recruitment** across functions.
• Drive role closures by partnering with functional teams, managing candidates through the funnel, negotiation and offer closures.
• Build and continuously improve the hiring process for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Establish hiring metrics, dashboards, and pipelines.
• Work with external recruiters/vendors when required and manage them efficiently.

HR Operations: (30%)

• Own day-to-day HR operations - onboarding & offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and people records
• Drive an effective performance management system by enabling regular check-ins, reviews, and development conversations.
• Set up and own internal communication systems that keep teams aligned, informed, and engaged.
• Ensure clarity around goals, priorities, and company updates as the organization scales.

**Employee Engagement & Experience: (20%) **

• Be the first point of contact for employees on people-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle team relations with **empathy and confidentiality. **
• Conduct regular feedback loops and pulse checks.

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in HR / People / Talent roles, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Prior experience owning the people function end-to-end or a major part of it.
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience, including strategic headhunting and closing roles.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution comfortable building as well as doing.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

Requirements

Experience:

• 5-8 years of working experience in ML/Data science preferably from remote sensing background.
• Experience in leading a team of both data scientist and machine learning engineers to solve challenging problems preferably in the Infrastructure and Utilities domain using geospatial & remote sensing data.
• Statistical knowledge along with great proficiency in python
• Strong understanding and implementation experience of predictive modeling algorithms such as regressions, time series, neural networks, clustering, decision trees and heuristic models, with familiarity dealing with tradeoffs between model performance and business needs
• Experience combining user research and data science methodologies across multiple products within the business unit.
• Must have delivered multiple data science product(s) in production.

Minimum qualification:

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics or Mathematics/Statistics preferred.

Competencies:

• Fantastic communication skills that enable you to work cross-functionally with business folks, product managers, technical experts, building solid relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.

As a Staff Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.

• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
