Position:

We are looking for a React Native developer to help us create beautiful, performant mobile apps on iOS and Android that give our customers a first-class mobile experience. You will be responsible for creating these applications with other members of our mobile team, as well as collaborating closely with the web and server teams responsible for the other layers of our product suite. This is a high-impact position that will play a critical role in our product development. The apps you write will be used by tens of thousands of our customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Create beautiful, pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms that look and feel native
• Write automated tests that give us the confidence to iterate quickly and ensure the product is of the highest quality
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Practice Scrum with a great group of developers and product managers
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Bonus for TypeScript
• React Native experience, bonus for ReactJS experience
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, functional programming, and design patterns
• Ability to write clean, understandable, well-documented code
• Comfortable working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native create tools, like Xcode, Android Studio/IntelliJ, and Gradle
• Experience with native Android and iOS SDKs preferred (bonus for Swift/Kotlin)
• Experience working with and debugging RESTful APIs
• Experiences with automated testing frameworks, like Jest or Mocha
• Experience with revision control systems such as Git or SVN

Job Description: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM), responsible for owning projects from start to finish. This role would involve managing the client relationship from an initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are high-quality, optimally solve the client’s problems, and are delivered on time and on budget. The PM’s goal is to ensure that the end-to-end experience of working exceeds the client’s expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders involved to determine and document the scope of the project.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare estimations for the project.
• Create project plans from the scope of work after collaborating with the internal team. 
• Regular management of tasks, allocation, prioritization and due dates for smooth execution of the project.
• Plan and execute daily scrum across multiple projects.
• Track project plans to ensure milestones are met on a consistent basis.
• Ensuring the requirement documentation is created properly and managed.
• Communicate project status with management, team members, and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. 
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, costs, and timelines for the project.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings
• Facilitate clear communication as a single point of contact from the client to the team. 
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in project retrospectives and work closely with the management team to regularly improve protocols and processes.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in an IT Service company with exposure to managing multiple International Projects at a time. .
• Technical Educational background is a must; B.E/BTech. 
• Excellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Skilled in project management and decision making.
• Experience with Agile process and methods.
• Experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders like Designers, Developers, QA Leaders, etc. 
• Ability to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds/skillset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Experience working with project management tools like JIRA/ Asana / Click Up / Trello
• Requires very little direction.
