Female Telesales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Operations Engineer to manage, support, and scale our IT infrastructure as we grow. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, security, and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering and business teams.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints

Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability; proactively resolve issues

Support cloud environments (Azure) and basic DevOps workflows

Role Overview: 

We're looking to on-board an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist who loves delighting customers. The role requires hand-holding customers during on-boarding and making them Astra-nauts (yes, that's what we call our customers & team members!) who are well versed with Astra's platform. 

The role will also require collaboration with our sales, security and marketing team. We're a cyber security company with CTOs, engineering leaders & CISOs as our ICP, hence we'll prefer candidates who come with some understanding of principles of computer science.  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring a smooth customer on-boarding
• Championing product adoption
• Maintaining high NPS
• Ensuring renewals of the accounts assigned to you
• Understanding customer requirements and translating them into deliverables.
• You will be attending to customer emails and phone calls on a daily basis
• You will be looking after stakeholder management between various teams and customers.
• Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
• Building a rapport with the customers
• You will be up-selling and cross-selling complementary Astra products
• You will be ensuring timely delivery by communicating across teams
• Diligently maintain customer success platform

Requirements for this role:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical knowledge required to work in a cyber security organization’s customer-facing role
• Ability to build rapport with the stakeholders
• Willingness to work in a remote setup

• ​Knowledge of VCS using SVN/ GIT and Payment Gateways
• ​Expertise in design principles and their application
• ​Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms ​ Fast Learner & a Team Player

DevOps Engineer, Plum & Empuls 

As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, configure, and maintain GIT repos, Jenkins, UCD, etc. for multi hosting cloud environments.
• Architect and maintain the server infrastructure in AWS. Build highly resilient infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Working on Docker images and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain the automation scripts using Ansible or other available tools.
• Maintain and monitor cloud Kubernetes Clusters and patching when necessary.
• Working on Cloud security tools to keep applications secured.
• Participate in software development lifecycle, specifically infra design, execution, and debugging required to achieve successful implementation of integrated solutions within the portfolio.
• Required Technical and Professional Expertise.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
• Expertise in implementing and managing Devops CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools. And Very well versed with DevOps Frameworks, Agile.
• Working knowledge of scripting using shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or puppet or chef.
• Experience and good understanding in any of Cloud like AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience with working with ticketing tools.
• Middleware technologies knowledge or database knowledge is desirable.
