Nearby Grocer is Gujarat based start-up working with a mission to Digitize all the small grocery stores & bring them online, by this we are building a retail chain of grocery stores with the integration of other online tools like POS integrations including complete inventory management & connecting them to our hyper-local marketplace.
By modernizing the Kirana shops and ensuring that business becomes better for them on the supply side and the consumer side, we will be ensuring that both customers and business owners benefit. The solution is more digitization and hyper localization of the Kirana, POS billing, app payment, and back-end integration of the Kirana with the wholesale suppliers to ensure the customer's unmet needs are met at the right time. Mobile applications which have the ability to scan and issue bills from a printer is the next stage of evolution for the Kirana in India. The Kirana shops usually provide free delivery in less than an hour with a handy credit facility for regular customers. This is where the opportunities lie for small stores to digitize themselves & come online.
Our vision is to bring enterprise-grade technology to the traditional retailers alongside building skillsets in their workforce & integrating their store's inventory to our marketplace which will enable all the loyal & nearby customers to purchase their desired products in one shot & get it home delivered. It will also allow a rich layer of analytics that provides actionable insights for FMCG brands & manufacturers.
Additionally, we have started providing personalized mobile apps & websites to our modern trade retailers, especially for their stores to connect with their loyal consumers and enable them to order groceries from the comfort of their home.
