• Collection creation, access method tuning, sharding implementation, index creation, and debugging query execution to obtain top database performance.
• Execute DB upgrades on time
• Configuration of MongoDB instances, Schema and MongoDB modelling
• Table design, index utilisation, design indexing strategies , query plan analysis and Optimise performance issues
• Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions based on specifications
• Implement appropriate indexes (B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement
• Implement Mongo Management Service for automating a variety of tasks, including backup/recovery and performance management
• Recommend and implement best practices for Rest API integration framework/model
• Develop MongoDB and API prototypes and proofs of concept
• Implement optimal backup and recovery and assist developers in detecting performance problems using MMS and Mongo Profiler
• Work closely with the development teams to implement new features and enhancements and the maintenance and support of existing applications in production
• Automate routine DB operations with scripting
• Configure, monitor, and deploy replica sets and upgrade databases through patches
• Keep clear documentation of the database setup and architecture and plan procedures for backup in case of a data loss
• Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability
• Create roles and users and set their permissions and mentor staff on MongoDB best practices
• Write procedures for backup and disaster recovery

Must Haves:

Proven track record of handling sizeable payment gateway reconciliation cycle from end to end for min 5 years and overall experience of 8 years.

Knowledge of automating the entire payment gateway reconciliation with the help of tools and making sure internal controls adhere with respect to the process.

Robust negotiation skills with all PG’s and maintaining professional cordial relationships with them and see how the work is getting done from them.

Managing a team and driving the PG process smoothly.

Experience from on-boarding new merchants' bank reconciliation till settlement.

Good To Haves:

Knowledge of ERP as well as accounting including advance excel formulas along with strong analytical Skill.

Sound knowledge of GST, Processing of Invoices on Gross Settlement/Net Settlement, Debit notes, credit notes, etc.

Responsible for robust communications for any PG related matters to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in managing a team and driving the PG process smoothly.

We're seeking a Head of Design Education to join us as part of the Founding team to help us run a successful cohort and build a foundation for future programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program experience in terms of identifying focus areas, pedagogy, learning outcomes, and evaluation criterion, and ensuring a high placement rate
• Collaborate closely with our instructional designer to innovate on scalable &highly engaging learning experiences
• Conduct regular Office Hours to guide learners on their projects and curate learning resources for both the cohort and the broader design community
• Collaborate with our community manager to grow our learner and mentor communities

You ideally have

• Around 6 years worth of experience in designing digital products/experiences, preferably with some experience at fast-growing startups
• Strong interest in making design education accessible and outcome-driven
• Experience with conducting or organising conference talks or workshops
• Excellent communication skills
