ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

The Ad Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships. This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch—sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.
• Design and implement a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activity and funnel performance.
• Develop customized média proposals and pitches based on client objectives and budget.
• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in campaign success and revenue generation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 2–8 years of experience in ad sales, média sales, or related roles, in the Tech space.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of ad sales processes and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Organising appointments and meetings with Doctors/Distibutors - hospital & healthcare staff

identifying and establishing new business

negotiating contracts,New Distibutors,demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

undertaking relevant follow up meeting with Doctors/Clinicians/Technicians/Nurses/Distributors.

Candidate should be aware about backend testing

• Writing unit test cases using Junit and Mockito.
• Writing integration test cases using Spring Boot Test.
• Writing acceptance tests using Cucumber.

Candidate should be aware about frontend testing

• Writing Angular component tests using Jasmine and Karma.
• Writing Angular integration tests using Cypress and Cucumber.
• Candidate should be aware about backend testing
• Writing unit test cases using Junit and Mockito.

• 5+ years of experience working with MySQL Databases, including the community edition
• Advanced understanding of Linux OS
• Can use SSH to connect to remote systems with password & public/private keys
• Deep understanding of systems performance
• Understand automation concept to speed up the work: Ansible
• Advanced knowledge on InnoDB internals
• Expert knowledge of Performance Schema
• Knows how to optimize queries/schemas
• Deep understanding of replication and clustering
• Knows backup solutions and strategies

• Knows proxy usage as it relates to MySQL
• Designs and executes overall database architecture strategy, standards and practices.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Founder/CEO and to define and build the Cashflo platform
• Identify customer problems, latent needs & devise product roadmap
• Communicate and evangelize product output through low-fidelity designs

• Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touch points
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at the detailed solutions to problems Execute
• Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product

• Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations
• Deliver product features as per timelines

Skills/ Qualities Required:

• Strong problem solving – Structured thinking, data-driven analysis and a strong ability to synthesize findings
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
• You should have worked at a startup or started your own company that shipped a product
• An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices without significant input from engineers
• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Attention to detail - great products are all about the details
• Passion for getting the job done – A combination of grit, hustle and problem-solving skills todeliver results on time
